It also includes a throttle capable of independent propulsion. Therefore, it is not legal for use on UK public roads, cycle lanes, pavements, or any public areas.
This model is intended for off-road/private-land use only, with the landowner’s permission. Use on public roads would require full type approval, DVLA registration, insurance, a valid motor-vehicle licence, and appropriate protective equipment as required by law.
